About Us
About Us
The Osborne Association is a New York-based nonprofit organization committed to transforming the criminal justice system and rebuilding lives and communities affected by incarceration. For over 90 years, we’ve provided innovative, evidence-based programs for individuals and families impacted by the justice system — from reentry services and workforce development to family support and advocacy. Our work is grounded in dignity, equity, and the belief that everyone deserves a second chance.
What We Offer
We provide a wide range of services to over 12,000 people each year, including:

- Support for children and families of incarcerated individuals
We work in correctional facilities, courts, and communities across New York City and beyond, meeting people where they are with compassion and respect.
