Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Oral Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. As an Oral Surgeon, you will have complete autonomy in practice, access to a robust patient base and a supportive administrative team to ensure a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of oral and maxillofacial surgeries with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.

Collaborate with the dental team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures and post-operative care.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Stay current with advancements in oral surgery and participate in ongoing education.

Foster a positive and supportive environment for staff and patients alike.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency.

Board certification or eligibility in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Valid dental license in Missouri.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care.
