Role Summary:
Design federated learning architectures for 1000+ node tactical edge networks. Implement secure MPC protocols enabling cross-domain data sharing with <300ms latency. Optimize QUIC-based communication stacks for operation under persistent jamming conditions.

Need to Have:

3+ production federated learning deployments
AI & GCP
Edge computing under jamming conditions
Secure MPC protocol design

Nice to Have:

AWS Snow Family experience
Army program exposure
QUIC protocol optimization
