The Impact You'll Make

As the Administrative Assistant supporting executive members of our Global Products Group, you will be more than just a meeting, calendar, and traveling guru. You will also be a proactive partner in managing projects, streamlining operations, and taking a proactive approach to problems. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a problem-solving mindset to help the leadership team stay focused on high-priority objectives. This is a fast-paced team with many competing priorities- excellent communication skills are critical to the success of the role.

This is a full-time on-site position in Fremont, California.

What You'll Do

Manage calendars, meetings, and travel with a solutions-driven approach
Coordinate interview scheduling and the onboarding of new hires
Track budgets, accruals, and purchase orders
Prepare reports, presentations, and key documents with accuracy and creativity
Serve as a trusted liaison between internal and external stakeholders
Own key projects, ensuring timely execution and follow-through
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, tracking progress and resolving roadblocks
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Communicate with clarity and professionalism

Who We're Looking For

4+ years experience providing administrative and operational support for Director+ level executives
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think two steps ahead
Strong project management skills- ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy with professional proficiency with MS Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Salary

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $30.29 - $57.69.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
