ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Warehouse Associate position is responsible for supporting the warehouse operation in maintaining an orderly warehouse environment. • Load and unload trucks with construction supplies and materials as they are shipped out or returning from jobsites. • Check in and cleaning of tools. • Pick products off the shelves. • Scrap and waste material handling. • Pick up and drop off materials at job sites using a company vehicle. • Operate Forklift as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience preferred. • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines. • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. • Basic skills such as inspection, math and reading. • Ability to work overtime occasionally as needed. • Ability to successfully pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report. • Knowledge of materials and tools used in the electrical industry preferred. • Forklift Operator certification preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • This job operates in a warehouse environment; and is exposed to weather conditions. • Employees are frequently required to sit, and occasionally required to kneel, reach, stoop, crouch or crawl. • This position requires the ability, and bend or stand as necessary, for up to a 10 hour shift. • This position requires the ability to regularly move and/or lift objects up to 50 pounds. • Hard toe boots are required
