Your impact

Handshake is hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to support our President of Field Operations. In this role, you will take on responsibilities ranging from calendar management and scheduling to overseeing org-wide communications and initiatives, team morale, and event planning. We are seeking a strategic partner who can make smart decisions on our behalf, not just execute orders. This position is based in New York, with an expectation of being in the office three days a week.

Your role

Manage a dynamic and ever-changing calendar and commitments.
Ensure our rapidly growing GTM organization remains informed and connected.
Coordinate speaking engagements by collaborating with external partners and internal PR teams.
Oversee the day-to-day administration of the organization.
Own the details: plan travel, offsites, team events, and more.

Your experience

Proven experience supporting C-level executives overseeing 250+ person organizations.
A track record of supporting executives with extensive cross-functional responsibilities.
Experience in high-growth or hyper-growth organizations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Impeccable organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
Positive energy that uplifts the work environment and fosters team morale.

Bonus areas of expertise

Experience supporting go-to-market (GTM) teams.
Familiarity with distributed office setups and remote employees.

Compensation range

$148,000 - $185,000

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
