Clinical Program Consultant

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations listed.

The Clinical Program Consultant is responsible for providing clinical program and project support in a Medical Management department.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Develops and implements clinical programs for the management of members with specific medical conditions.

Serves as a project manager for medical management initiatives, such as medical review redesign, development of policies and procedures, development and implementation of training procedures and manuals, and the development and implementation of metrics and other reporting capabilities.

Represents the department on enterprise-wide and regional committees and program initiatives.

Potential for limited travel.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BS in nursing or related medical management area and minimum of 5 years project/program management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

Clinical and educational training experience is preferred.

Disease management experience is preferred.

HIP (Healthy Innovations Platform) experience is preferred.
