We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team to work direct with our agents on strategy and design. As a key player in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, you will both leverage your design skills, marketing expertise, and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Lead and execute agent facing marketing campaigns to drive business growth. Work closely with senior leadership and the marketing team to take advantage of all of the tools our team offers.

Design and Content Creation: Use your design skills to create high-quality marketing materials, including print collateral, digital ads, email campaigns, social media content, and more. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Office, Canva, etc.) is essential to bring creative concepts to life. A bonus with knowledge of Premiere, Final Cut and After Effects.

Brand Strategy: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the firm’s brand identity across all marketing channels. Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual style.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including social, podcasting, e-commerce, UX-UI, design, branding, video, and more to drive projects forward.

Client & Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, including brand partners, photographers, drafters, videographers, media outlets, and other partners to ensure successful execution of marketing projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

Experience: Preferable to have 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, a bonus if within the real estate industry.

Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software to create compelling visual content.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

In-Office Flexibility: Willingness to work 4 days a week in our New York City office, with occasional remote work flexibility.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Experience in real estate marketing or a related field is a plus.

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).

Knowledge of HTML and web design is a bonus but not mandatory

$55,000 - $65,000 annual salary

This role is Hybrid - 4 days in office, 1 day remote
