Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Location/City: Burnsville, MN ... Type of Job: Full time, trial to hire

Hours/Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm; Monday-Friday.

Pay: $23 per hour, paid weekly.

Job description:

The Plant Admin Assistant is responsible for organizing, processing and classifying production and plant data and performs various administrative functions to provide support to a department/plant. Works under immediate supervision; relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job; job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

Requirements: • Must be able to read/write in English • ·Customer service experience is preferred • ·A pre-employment Background Check & Drug Test will be required as a part of the hiring process • Minimum high school diploma • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in administration/accounting; however, 3 to 5 years is preferred • Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook) • Working knowledge of various office equipment
