Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity ... - Create and execute production plans to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery
Manage fleet operations, including scheduling and maintenance of vehicles
Ensure accurate inventory management through the use of a warehouse management system
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance warehouse operations
Coordinate with dispatching systems to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
Train and supervise warehouse staff, including forklift operators and other personnel
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics
Proficient in using warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage workflows
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred
Familiarity with fleet management practices, including vehicle scheduling and maintenance
Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to obtain certification
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
