Job Summary:

In this pivotal role, the Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing intricate schedules, drafting and preparing advanced correspondence, and spearheading the planning and execution of corporate events.

The assistant will play a vital role in optimizing leadership's time and effectively arranging travel logistics in accordance with company procedures. This position demands a high level of proactivity, discretion, and the ability to foresee and adapt to the needs of the leadership team, supporting an SVP and two VPs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize complex and changing calendars, including scheduling appointments and planning meetings.
Draft, prepare, and review outgoing correspondence for executive leadership, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Decisively manage short-term priorities and workflow activities for leadership.
Facilitate the arrangement of travel logistics and maintain meticulous expense and credit card reconciliations.
Coordinate and manage corporate events, team meetings, and offsite retreats.

Must-Have Skills:

Experience supporting senior executives, understanding the demands of their schedules.
Initiative and the ability to anticipate leadership needs.
Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to leaders&#39; styles whilst managing scheduling conflicts.
