We’ve also formed strategic partnerships that have strengthened our capabilities, enabling us to provide payroll services and cutting-edge technology to support the growing demand for on-demand staffing.

While we are proud of these accomplishments, 2025 is the year we take the next big step: becoming a trusted staffing partner for small businesses. Thanks to the infrastructure we’ve built, we are now poised to help small businesses overcome staffing challenges, whether it’s finding 1099 employees for short-term projects, filling one-off jobs, or addressing operational gaps.

Lessons from 2024
The past year has taught us valuable lessons. One of the most significant was the importance of preparation. Launching our on-demand staffing app before we were fully equipped to meet the needs of our community highlighted the need for careful planning and alignment. This experience reinforced our commitment to matching supply with demand and ensuring that our services deliver true value to all stakeholders.
We’ve also worked to better define our offerings by separating our business into clear departments, making it easier for clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand the breadth of services we provide.
Finally, we’ve learned the value of adaptability. By focusing on what’s working and pivoting where necessary, we’ve strengthened our ability to serve both job seekers and businesses effectively.
